Camp Crook Road Reconstruction

BOWMAN COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA

The 10.2 mile project consisted of sliver grading, pipe extensions, full depth reclamation, geogrid and base course installation, and HMA surfacing. Improvements to drainage and snow drifting were also made. This road is a main corridor for oilfield traffic in the region and experiences frequent heavy loads. The wider road and reinforced driving surface provided a major improvement to the traveling public and reduced maintenance costs to the owner.

Brosz Engineering completed the environmental documentation and design on Camp Crook Road (CMC 0605, aka 172nd Ave SW) in Bowman County following NDDOT and US Army Corps of Engineers requirements and procedures. Brosz acquired construction easements and performed extensive utility coordination. Brosz also provided Construction Engineering services consisting of contract administration, inspection, surveying, testing, and final records.
