Stepping Stone Golf Course Community

Stepping Stone Golf Course Community is a family-oriented, multi-use development situated on approximately 142 acres in northern Watford City. With some of the most stunning views and golf course access, at full build-out, the development will be a mixture of single-family housing, multi-family housing, and potential high-density housing. Planning for this development started in 2014 and 2015 but due to the oil economy slow-down in 2015-2017, construction never commenced. In late 2017 and 2018, the markets in McKenzie County and especially the Watford City area have recovered at a rapid pace.

Phase I featured 92 single-family lots platted on approximately 37 acres. Along with replatting, Brosz designed infrastructure items including water main, sanitary sewer main, lift station and force main, storm sewer, regional stormwater detention pond, services to applicable lots, and sections of the roadway to each portion of the development. Phase I was completed in 2019. Additional phases are in varying stages of design and construction.
